I saw a similar recipe on the hungry girl, I just don't know if I can trick my mind to replace them for chips. I guess I will have to try it before I knock it. I have never even picked up kale in the grocery store.

I add them to my salads or make a fiesta egg scramble with egg whites, rf cheddar cheese, salsa, and a 1/4 of the avocado, I also love to do the same toppings on top of a grilled chicken breast.
