I have had to power off my phone to reset my sync every so often. I also have to sync fitbit app before myfitnesspal will show the correct number.

Potato chips are my weakness also. I have replaced them with a granny smith apple and sea salt. Its usually the salt I want.

And this is exactly how i am feeling right now! What you just said describes me to a T. No matter how badly i want this goal it is not enough to stop me. So i just deal with it and try to make the other days count.

Good for you for not allowing anyone to treat you that way. It hurts but you keep on going.....that is all you can do. Way to go on channeling it into exercise.

I find if i go for exactly what i am craving it will satisfy me. If not then i am just fooling myself and keep on eating until i get it.

I can never workout w/o eating something or like you say I cannot make it through the workout. I choose between a banana or ww toast and pb. I hope you figure it out for yourself.

Also, I too feel your pain. It is the story of my life. I get so frustrated with nothing ever fitting me. I have learned to sew and have started buying bigger and taking things in myself. If not, I go to a seamstress to have it done. I hit sales for things so it helps with some of the cost too.

If you go to google you will find a few listed in your area. You might have to search through them for the exact type you are looking for. Yes I do. I log it for my own knowledge but do not count in my water intake bc it is not decaff. My own personal choice.

I hardly ever have Chinese food so when I do have it, I have what I like and just control myself with portions. For me, if I want this type of food the healthy version is just not going to cut it for me. I hope you find some great suggestions though.

I use my home scale to keep on track but have been part of a Weight Watchers meeting since November. That is where I weigh in on Thursday mornings.

I too am a stay at home mom with two kids and on the days where I need to eat quickly but get what I need I go for a pre-made salad and add a protein. What is that saying, "Fruit is natures dessert" I log everything and anything that goes in my mouth. While I have to say that I have not really counted any pplus since switching to this type of tracking, Jennifer Hudson was on a different plan. Her plan was set up that. Not so sure this one is ( new to MFP tracking myself)…

Good For you. It is hard to allow ourselves the occasional treats, but sometimes those times are what helps us get to where we need to be yet in control. Congratulations and great weight loss record todate!

I like it but try to limit my use as well. Sometimes I like to just put a few lime or lemon wedges in my water to help flavor it that way.

I record my weight once a week wearing the same clothes at a designated WI place. :) I do use my home scale to keep myself on target and see how things are going throughout the week. I however try not to allow this to play with my emotions!

I never let it stop me, I just keep it in mind and now what does not show up in this weeks weigh in, good or bad, will be there next week. I think we all need to make our own rule on this one and go with what we feel is comfortable for us.

I never pay attention to the dr's scale at all. Maybe it is just me but at home I am the only one stepping on that scale and in the dr's office EVERYONE uses it. When I go to the Dr's office they KNOW not to tell me what I weigh! It makes it a better visit for everyone. Keep your chin up and keep on trucking away. XO

I Love this site. Even though I have only been doing it since friday, I find it very easy to log my food and exercise. I look forward to it and really like how user friendly it is and hope to make new friends. The support here seems great too.
