Hi David, Are you doing the challenge again? I just started it last week. I did the spring challenge and had great results. Surprisingly maintained the lost without much effort.

I'm doing the challenge also! This is my 3rd one, though I didn't finish the last one. I had great results on my first one in the spring. It definitely gets tough sticking to a healthy diet after about 4 weeks. I've been going to F45 since February. I love the workouts. I'm trying to do 2-a-day on strength days whenever I…

Hubby and I are on Day 17. Feeling great inside and out!! So happy we did this together!!

I LOVE the pretzel crisp parmesan garlic. I usually can only eat them on a bootcamp day because it's VERY hard to stay in the 1 serving range.

You are rockin that dress!!! Awesome job! Thanks for posting!

MFP automatically increases calories when I input my calories burned (according to my HRM). I average 630 calories for 60 min of boot camp, but our trainer strongly believes that number is closer to 1,000....he said something about my HRM (I use a Polar FT4) uses the "standard formula" and that I need to use the Karvonean…

Here's what our boot camp trainer has us follow. I try my best to follow (slacking lately)...lost 4 inches the first 2 months! CALORIES NEEDED FOR YOUR WEIGHT Number of Calories Per Day In order to find out how many calories you need in a day, you must use a precise measurement. This is done by using the same method…

Not sure if this is a "greek" salad dressing, but I like it on my greek salad. Wishbone's Red Wine Vinegarette. So yummy I could drink it..lol :drinker:

Our boot camp trainer always recommends eating half a protein bar 30 minutes before our 5:30am workout.

I use Body Fortress as well (available at Walmart) I mix 1 scoop of vanilla with 1c low fat milk and 1c frozen berries = 320 calories. I drink this most mornings after my workout. In the past, I've used water instead of milk to save the 110 calories, but prefer the creaminess of milk.

I typically go for the veggie pizzas and a salad.

Do I like burpees? NO! :noway: Are burpees a great total body exercise? YES! We do burpees several times a week in boot camp. PS: burpees=a push up at the floor cherry pickers= no push up

Hubby bought me one for Christmas. Love it! I do boot camp so it's hard to figure out my calories burned. I used to think I was only burning 450 calories in an hour....now with the FT4 I can see I'm burning 500-650 calories!! Stacey

I use it at most once a week. I plan to start using it more as I try to improve my 2 mile time for my boot camp PT test. Feel free to add me - Stacey Wilkinson

I've always counted it. I use one packet for a 24 oz bottle of water. It's hard to get my water in throughout the day without it being flavored.
