I recently changed my goal weight and I am now half way there!!! Super excited and Proud of myself for this accomplishment and wanted to share with you guys!!! MFP and all my friends on here have helped me so much with this journey and helped to keep me motivated. I am so thankful to have found this site and all my amazing friends on here. I could not do this without you guys because you guys ROCK!!!!! And to everyone out there not on my friends list, always stick with it and never give up on yourself. If I can do it then so can you. Slow and steady, that's my motto!!! :bigsmile:
