I've lived in Texas all my life, and Mexican food is one of my major weaknesses, too. I try not to eat Mexican food very often, that's about it. I only eat it twice or so a month, so I get my cravings out and still stick to my diet for the most part. I just exercise on the days that i eat Mexican (usually in the morning).…

A Lean Cuisine... Pasta Romano with Bacon. It's SO good, and it has 280 calories, 43g carbs, and 7g fat. I loooooove it!

2 large scrambled eggs with a slice of 2% kraft cheese mixed in, and a slice of 7 grain toast with concord grape fruit spread on it. 343 calories, 26g carbs, and 18g fat. Not too bad. (:

I've lost 20 pounds total since June of this year. People are really starting to notice, and it just makes me want to work harder so I can reach my goal. I'm really happy with this. :)

Welcome! :) Oh, trust me, you're not alone... when I first started recording what i ate, I was shocked. It gets easier, I promise, you'll learn more about what to eat (and not eat) as time goes on. I've only been here for a little while, and already I feel better about knowing what I put into my body. Best of luck! :)

I've gone to the gym for 2 days so far. I got a membership a few days ago, and I'm actually using it, and I feel so great and healthy. I like this feeling, it's motivating me to keep it up.

I'm Alex, or Alley. I'm just starting out here at MyFitnessPal. I decided it was finally time for me to lose weight. I may not have gotten anywhere with my weight loss yet, but at least I've made the decision to get healthy. :D
