yep, I bought it in a misguided attempt to lose weight about 2 years ago. waste of money, don't do it. It was just a bunch of weird tips on changing up what you eat each day. I'd recommend taking a metabolic typing test. They reckon that some people feel better on proteins, some people on carbs, some people on a mix. Personally, if I eat carbs all day I get fiendishly hungry and snappy. But if I eat proteins I am much more stable. Maybe you are the opposite? Apparently there are 3 basic types:…

It probably depends on metabolic type, but I find I get less cravings if I eat more protein, especially if I've been working out a lot. Since you're eating a lot of this meat substitute quorn, maybe you could try one day eating meat, nuts and see if that satisfies you more?
