I have never heard of this particular one but I have heard of something similar. Quite honestly, it sounds like a scam to me. I would rather research a book or two and go to Barnes & Noble or Borders and spend my $50 more wisely. Who knows what this program will instruct you to do. And 9lbs in 11 days doesn't seem very healthy.

yep, I bought it in a misguided attempt to lose weight about 2 years ago. waste of money, don't do it.
It was just a bunch of weird tips on changing up what you eat each day. You'd be expected to eat only one or two strange things all day. I found I just couldn't stomach eating processed turkey all day and nothing else. And I was hungry.

I did the one called diet4idiots. I call it the peanut diet because you eat alot of those. I lost about 10-15 pounds on it, then found this website and quit the idiot diet the next day and continued to loose weight on this site in a healthy way. They call it the idiot diet because you have to be one to fall for it. I guess I just called myself an idiot. It works but you cannot sustain this type of eating forever and once you go back to eating normally, you will gain it back. That is why I love this website because you can maintain and eat normal foods. It is about exercise and moderation on the eating.

Thanks everyone. Good to know! I don't even know how I came across that site. I love MFP to death, and it IS a great way to lose weight and make very helpful friends. :)

I did it so I could lose enough weight to fit into my vacation clothes one year. It did work; I lost about 11 pounds. Of course, they were all back in an instant. I wasn't able to convince myself to stick to it for another go-round, although I do recall that there was a lot of fruits and veggies. But yeah, it was pretty restrictive and just plain weird on some days. I wouldn't bother.
