  • I started focusing on creating awesome iTunes playlists for my workouts. I run a lot harder too! Excellent way to get away from being bored. I gave up on my cardio because I was just soo bored. Not anymore!
  • I travel a heck of a lot too. I love my USN diet fuel shakes. On the run and fills me up. Before I know it, it's lunch. Keep some nuts in the car too. - Just don't put the whole packet in the car !! ;)
