  • I think you are being to hard on yourself......You said you were sick, that means you didn't exercise the way you might normaly...Take care of yourself for now and when your feeling better do those jumping jacks and start again...
  • That's where the exerice comes in...I haven't lost weight but I'm losing inches from all the walking I'm doing. Keep on working It will all come together......
  • You can start....but go slow you don't want to get to sore before the race.
