I used just 10oz gloves . At our gym ( Muay Thai) , for sparring you need 16 oz gloves. Mine are NZ Boxer brand ( I am in New Zealand) but apparently Twins and Fairtex are pretty good brands. Drinking water during exercise can make me feel really sick, even taking small sips. any tips to help with this? I do muay thai so it's a pretty full on workout, need the fluids but can only take the smallest amounts otherwise I feel like I am gonna hurl

I am curious to try cauliflower rice... does it have a strong cauliflower taste? Not low carb but rice tends to bloat me and sit heavy in my tummy

I wish we had something like that ! all you can do is when you see a recipe you like add a comment, even something like 'bump' then if you look under My Topics you will find it there otherwise what I have done is copy and pasted then printed it out !!
