Hi there When doing a one leg deadlift, in which hand do you hold the weight? Same side as the supporting leg ( so if you are balancing on your right leg, hold the weight in your right hand) or is it opposite? And why? Also does it matter if I hold a kettlebell or a dumbell? Hi does anyone here do yoga? if so, what type and why ? I want to start up Yoga so trying to work out the best type to help improve my flexibility & strength.
