Hi there
for those who have trained in this, can you tell me a bit more about it, like the training, what is involved, your experiences with it etc. I am looking at starting this some time, I have recently started muay thai , still pretty crap but I am enjoying it, and I want to learn something else as well !
cheers

It's good. It's brutal.
If this is something you'd like to learn for self defense purposes I'd highly recommend it.
If it's something that you want to do for fitness I think you should probable stick with the muy thai or maybeBJJ0 -
Krav Maga is a very effective self defence skill. I used to do a lot of mixed martial arts (back before it was the circus it is now) and up there alongside the soviet Systema and Jeet Kune do for effectiveness outside of the bars on a saturday night (rather than looking pretty in pyjamas, bowing to a flag) was Krav Maga. Enjoy it.0
