Hi there
I injured my knee on saturday - twisted it during a thai boxing sparring class and since then it's been a bit stiff and wobbly.
I want to get it looked at but am trying to decide what is better, a phyio or an osteopath. Has anyone got any thoughts on this?

I was seeing another physio for an ankle injury recently but I wasn't happy there, they would make me come back weekly to check up on my ankle, no xrays done on it until I had several visits.....
I have been asking around for physio recommendations but I am now considering maybe an osteopath?.

( Had to wait til payday before I book any appointments if anyone is asking why I waited so long.)

You might not need either. Rest the ankle when you can (no heavy exercise on it, although gentle strolling might help to keep it supple), ice it intermittently for 20 mins at a go with the ankle elevated, and then see how it is in a week or two.

If it's stiff and wobbly but not excruciatingly painful, then maybe it's not a fracture and Xrays wouldn't help in that case.
