I haven't found one I don't like yet! I, too, love the kettlebell, but I have also liked the others I have done. I am going through each week and picking out three or four to put on my schedule for the week. I look at the difficulty level (not yet ready for too much above a three!) and I read through the description and then I pick. I love that they have different times and different equipment. I love that you can mix and match. . Last night I did a quick "beginners Boot Camp" at 23 minutes followed by a five minute abs. Today, I am doing the 27 minute medicine ball workout .

this morning I did a short 7 min cardio kickbox, it was surprisingly good and I was quite puffed after, def woke me up ! I love their selection. I just wish there was a way to save the workouts on their website so you can come back to them later. so many choices !

The Brazilian Buttock Lift has done a fairly decent job of eliminating my "old lady butt."

I have set up two notebooks on Springpad that I use for this. One is all the ones I want to try or have tried (I add notes with my thoughts on each one) and the other is the workouts I am planning to do this week. That is working well for me.
