heybales, I like your posts , very helpful I posted below but do you know then are Fitnessblender HIIT workouts proper HIIT or what are they and are they a waste of time? oh no now I am confused... I do some HIIT workouts off fitnessblender.. am I wasting my time ? the only weights I have are dumbells which I change the weight. I do Muay Thai on mondays and fridays if that helps ?

oh wow that is awesome, well done ! I struggled during a 70sec plank in a fitnessblender video yesterday, had to come down at 30 secs then back up quickly for the remainder.

I am not a huge cardio fan. I do make myself do a HIIT routine of fitnessblender though but I prefer weights. I do Muay thai twice a week which is an awesome 1hour workout. Haven't been going long . Love how during the class you can forget about every hassle and dilema because all your focus is on what you are doing !!…

Like this, I only have dumbbells at the moment question : when doing squats with dumbnells, how do you hold the dumbbells? Up near you your shoulders, or down by your legs??? other way?
