I do muay thai ! I don't fight but I like the classes. So much fun !. Always a good hard workout. Great after a day at work to kick, knee, elbow, punch the pads or bags ! The trainers are great ( they are all Thai ) . Check out some gyms, look up reviews, get a good feel. You want to enjoy where you go and want to go…

yep I have just started getting back into this. So filling ! I use normal milk, chia seeds, almonds and walnuts but might change that next time.

for me personally, a rest day I pretty much do nothing. I do this not just for my body but my mind. Sometimes I need a day of zero activity !

PBI, I'm keen on some breakfast ideas that doesn't involve greek yoghurt, protein powder and eggs ( I do eat eggs but I don't want to every day). Can't afford protein powder at the moment and greek yoghurt YUCK thanks

I am 40 ! Hi ! I am 5'4" and weight around 57-58 kgs I just want to tone up a bit esp my hammies and that bit where my butt meets my thighs Exercise I do thai boxing classes 3-4 days a week , walk dogs and going to do some kind of weight work at the tiny gym at my work

do you stretch and do glute activation exercises beforehand? how is your core strength? also this is a great website for glute and squat info !

thanks all I have a gym at my work I can use, but it is very small and so I can't always use the weights as other people are using them Goal is to be stronger pretty much. I'm 40 and I've read as you get older you should lift heavier (apparently) but I can't guarantee I will be able to use the weights everyday. ALso I do…
