fitnessblender have a 1,000 cal workout, it is pretty long and obviously cal burned will vary. I have done this and was shattered at then end. But I liked the feeling of achievement for sticking it out!

ninerbuff, is there a tabata routine I can do at home, or is this something you really need to have a lot of room for? I do have a heavy bag and I am considering adding Tabata to my fitness workouts. ALso how many days a week do you suggest?

can anyone recommend a Youtube yoga workout - beginner level? Not JM yoga meltdown. I have searched on YT and there are A LOT so would appreciate if anyone can recommend one that they have done and found it easy to follow with good instruction ! cheers

I am 37 and started Muay Thai early Feb. LOVE it ! No previous martials arts experience either. There are people of all ages at my Muay Thai gym. age doesn't matter . get into it, you will love it and the results. I have my class tonite actually.

LOl so true ! I tried doing 1 the other day with dumbells and had to go back to my super light ones. lol. they suck just as much as mountain climbers and burpees.

I walk to/from work each weekday 25 mins each way So I do my main exercise in the evening tried it in the morning, but that plus walking I was too tired during the day
