you can get leashes that are quite long with clips along it to clip around your waist, so you can run hands free once you have trained your dog to run alongside you. Halti brand makes them and I thnk Ellas Lead have some as well. OMG yes I cannot stand people with their off leash dogs dogs and " oh my dog is friendly"…

I actually did their 1000 cal hiit workout, 1hr 20 something holy crap towards the end I was so knackered but I survived. my ab work was a bit sucky, I find it really hard to engage my core at best of times let alone towards the end of an epic workout ! I really like fitness blender, I was looking at doing the programme but if others outside US can't do it then I won't be able to either My only problem is trying to decide what workout to do ! those who plan a 6 week workout, how on earth do you decide what videos to do each day? or should I just do different hitt ones ?

fitnessblender.com has HEAPS of awesome workouts and exercies, it is free & they also have a channel on youtube. they have quite a lot of short ones that are 12 mins or less but don't let that fool you, you will sweat !

i did the whole thing, but couldn't do all the exercises and had to take a lot of rests ! those surrenders are so hard. But I can do them now ! That is one of my favourites of hers, that plus killer buns & thighs

Everytime i pick up my dog's turds i am going to do it as a squat and then log this. My rottie always does 3 poos per walk. Then i pick up the poos on the garden, i have 3 dogs , so it will be a good few squats.

My hair just makes it to a pony tail and i use a lot of bobby pins... Also my question, my hair gets ridiculously frizzy when i do a workout, any product recs or tips? I have tried a serum and a wax kind of thing but they don't work. I have wavy curly hair if that helps
