this. When I get a cold I aways crave savory food and orange juice and will do everything I can to get this otherwise I will throw my toys in the most dramatic manner. Savory food of choice is a sausage roll.

do I need to get the cloud nine hair straightener pack that comes with the regular iron and the mini iron? or should I just get the regular iron on its own?

my partner and I go to Muay Thai together. He will usually pair up with a guy for the padwork though as he is quite a bit taller than me, but we are in the same class

How to keep legs straight? Everytime i do an exercise like this where u have to lay on your back & have legs straight up in the air, i always have a bend at the knees, i find it pretty much impossible to have straight legs even with toes pointed. Help!

this ! I am doing ripped in 30 which I like more than 30DS and I say this to myself befrore I do the workout I actually like Jillian's banter in the videos...the only time she is annoying is the cool down. STFU and let me stretch woman !

I saw another post on this yesterday, lots of mixed opinions ! Try a board search for the other posts Personally I wouldn't, I felt lightheaded just reading it. I would prefer to lose weight through exercises than a crazy diet like that

when I do squats, lunges I find it REALLY hard to squeeze my butt cheeks properly. Like I can do a little squeeze but not much of one. How do I improve on this?

Take at least 1 day off a week, i did when i did 30 ds I am on ripped in 30 and she says to take 1-2 days off a week
