frozen banana "ice cream" is so good. mmmmm If you don't know what this is , chop a banana, freeze it , then blend it til it's all creamy like. You can add other stuff if you want.

omg yes I go through days when I'm like " GIMME ALL THE CHIPS I don't care if I get flabby " but I manage to talk myself out of it. I just try to picture myself getting stronger and toned .

but also consider seeing a physio or an osteopath, I recently discovered I had uneven hips which explained why one leg was sort of coming in a bit when I walked plus discomfort when sleeping and sitting. Because you don't want this imbalance to cause a chain reaction where you start to have knee or other joint problems

I'm 41 this year !! I just have my last few kgs to lose . I do thai boxing as my main form of exercise, which I really enjoy, although some exercises I am a bit slower to do than some of the younger gym members ! ah well at least I'm doing it ! :) :D

I used to and it turned out my hips were uneven. I'm seeing an osteopath at the moment for this and he is helping a lot. If it continues get it checked out.

I think this is a personal thing and depends on what your current fitness level is, what exercise you do. Some people might do an active rest day, so just go for an easy walk or do some yoga. Others might have a zero activity day. You do need to allow time for your body ( and often your mind!) to recover from exercise
