I've already got mine and it's the best gift ever! My parents have given me tickets for my husband and I fly home for Christmas to Canada (we live in the UK)! No better gift than getting to eat grandma's christmas pudding with my huge fantastic family. Oh yeah!

But it couldn't hurt to add some lovely peppermint and nettle tea to your diet either. I would also recommend milk thistle (especially if it's alcohol consumption that's made you want to detox!)

Hi VerySalty, If I have an energy low the only thing that helps me is to switch up my exercise to something that I love and then add a little treat to the end. So for me that might be to go swimming for a while (doesn't have to be an epic session) and then pay the extra £2 to go use the sauna and steam room afterwards.…

This might not be a popular option but I don't watch TV any more for that, and other, reasons. Ads are evil and just make me want whatever food I see.
