Hi everyone! I have completed some of T25 when it first came out but never the whole program. I plan and starting it backup, getting into a few workouts this week and going full on next monday. My goal is to drop 50lbs by June.

Every body is different.. Some people can not diet, eat junk and never gain.. some people can eat a donut and gain 5 lbs. You can not generalize everyone as you. Yes currently our baby is going on 4 weeks and our other son is 17 months, and the lack of sleep and exhaustion does make you double think doing that workout. I just kinda try to look at it as a quiet time with either my ipod or Tony Horton and his crew. MFP is really what helps me as I did not track during the pregnancy.

Congrats~! My First goal i set is set for April 4th, and it is to be done 50lbs since Jan 4th, Have 10 more to go, not sure if ill make it but either way i feel great! My overall goal is 190 as well.

Took my first 40 min spin class, overall not bad at all, only thing thats sore is def my butt.. makes you look forward to those hill climbs tho!

So i guess my big question is.. mfp tells me to consume 1550 cals plus my exercise to loose at a 2lb rate and my From Normal Daily Activity is 2550 cals per day.. the shape up site says Your resting metabolic rate is 2034 Calories per day is 1550 the right amount? so thats what confused me on this post... lol idk if i made…

quick question tho according to this site i should just be eating 1550 calories a day to equal to 2 lbs a week but everyone thinks other wise so is this site really accurate?

yes sir! lol just playing but serious should i start up to like 2000 calories intake a day? I will start taking in more as it seems to be the root of my problem... also what do you suggest for workout routine? 4 days of cardio and 3 days strength training? same days or opposite?

Treadmill routine usually consist of intervals 2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off. Occasionally hop back on the elliptical for a day.

Ty for responses, yes i have been reading about increasing the calorie intake and strength training as i have just been doing a treadmill for 30 mins 4-5 times a week at home. Just joined a gym this week so will have access to alot more options. i started at 268 lbs down to 235 next goal set to 200lbs
