  • I woke up after falling asleep on the couch, to let the dogs out and I was half asleep. I remember feeling hungry and I guess those are what I grabbed. Lol. I think it was partially due to it being my 1st day back on trying to eat at a deficit after weeks of binging bad stuff.

  • I read the title of your past and was thinking that I did the same thing last night. Bingen on home made pb candy and cereal. Then I felt guilty. This has been a nightly occurrence for me. I'm hoping this group can help us all..... *hugs*
  • I am so right there with you. I do great all day then get home and the hubby has made dinner or bought dinner or the kids made cookies and every night I have to add a generic "bad" to my MFP with at least 1500 calories. Last night I binged on candy and cereal. :neutral:

  • I'm up 10 pounds this am from Friday. :( I haven't been doing as well as I want to with CICO and even binge drank Miller Lites and Martin Potato Rolls (a PA thing) all weekend. I also think it's soon TOM (I had the uterine ablation and don't get it anymore. Sorry if tmi). I really need to get back on track. :(

  • I have Hashimo's bounced aroun from 100mch to 200 mcg levothyroxine, now on 112.5 mcg) and started losing my eyebrows in my 20s. They are there but very thin. My doctor has actually told me that thin hair, thin eye brows and dry skin can help him look at a person and almost know they have a thyroid issue.

  • The important thing is that you are back on track. They say things in motion stay in motion so keep chugging along! I'm right there with you, had sat,sun and monday were horrible 3000+ calorie days so yesterday was my first day back on track and I really need to stay on track! We can do it!
  • The pharmacist says taking them without food causes upset stomach, so I usually eat just an egg or cheese stick with them. I like my doctor but he keeps insisting eating every couple hours keeps the metabolism burning since I have a barely functioning thyroid.
  • I'm thinking of trying IF by skipping breakfast. My problem is that I take pills that i need to have food with, when I wake up @6am. If I eat something less than 50 calories, or maybe slowly move them back to lunch maybe that would work. Anyone have advice?
