I did it again. 2nd night in a row.
Well for the past 2 days I have kept under my daily calorie goal and then I binge. 2 nights in a row. Junk, whatever I can get my hands on. Why? Because it feels good to say "screw it it's me time". Today I'm trying again, to NOT binge. Just need ed to vent.

So I woke up with my hand in the fridge...
After doing great yesterday for the 1st time in weeks, I "woke up" around 10pm last night eating 2 pizza Hut bread sticks out of the fridge. I didn't go over my calories but it was still a disappointment on my end. Anyone else ever do this?

Net calories in the 5:2 diet?
Thinking about the 5:2 fast.......do we eat net calories or not? My fit but gives me exercise calories. Do you eat those?

Just returned from my lunch walk, 37 min in the blustery wind and started searching mfp for a group I could join. My lunch time walk is my main form exercise and I have to admit if I do it 2x a week I'm happy. Just wanted to say hi. :smile:

Bad week plus some!
Hi all. I had been doing fairly well until about 9 days ago. I binged, binged, ate too much in general, and averaged about 3000 call a day. Now I am up 4.5 pounds. I started each day good, but ended each day horribly. Today's a new day.....i plan to stay on track all day! Any advice?
