  • Keep going, your body will show you someday when you least expect it. I have been in your shoes and all around me say it takes time, that is the last thing I wanted to hear. Then I would quit. You are strong and will not give up. Keep on going, you will see loser jeans soon!:smile:

  • I like French Roquefort salad dressing, but way too many calories. I used fat free french and cut up the LC blue cheese in bits and mixed it together....really good!!!!!!
  • Crystal lite has come out with the Mock cocktails. I have tried the marguerita(sp) . I was not real impressed however I think it could be a good base for a good cocktail with real tequila. the other flavors are appletini and mojito. If anyone has tried these let us know.
