  • I think that is the beauty of Crossfit, constant challenge! I don't think that I ever want the pain to go away. I may have a week or two soreness free, but then I try to push myself to lift more or to go faster & that means a sore next couple of days. :)
  • Thanks all for the reply! I think for now I'm going to focus on endurance for the next few weeks & hopefully that will help me to Rx future WODs. I have been scaling the weights and it seems to help the mental battle I have with some workouts. I'm going to check out the article you suggested right now!

  • I am totally in love with crossfit! I workout 3x a week & log all my workouts on MFP. The only way that I have been able to get a decent cal count is to wear a heart rate monitor. I've been doing CF for about 4 months now, so my times aren't the best but compare if you like! Feel free to add me!

  • I try to make sure that I eat every 3 hours. Even a little something can keep you from getting super hungry. Also, make sure to drink plenty of water! Don't forget to eat enough protein too!
