forgot to ask what is the Gas Mark for my oven??

I know this might sound silly...... is a crock pot similar to a slow cooker????? my noodles not working properly just now... LOL:blushing:

I love my bike, it's a bit rusty now, but it still goes... lol (sometimes with me on it! LOL) I try and go out at least twice a week, and since my son got his new bike and can go further, the better it is for me.... someone offered me an exercise bike, but I told them the outdoors is healthier for you..... BIKES ARE FUN!!!
