Yes I know you are right - I am in denial!! Lol. Thanks for the advice - nothing is easy hey. Some weeks I have loads of energy to get up before work and exercise - other weeks not so good!

I know exactly what you mean. I now have spare empty skin which is not attractive. The only problem is I need a bit of a margin of error as in no time at all, if I take my eye of the ball for only a few days I start to creep up over 10 stones and got to 10 stone 3 over Christmas. I am always starving when I get home from work around 5.30 so tend to eat a little something then before tea! Will have to stop this and save these calories for later!!

Good idea. I have tried to swap foods when I get these cravings from sweet to savoury low calorie to try to trick my brain!
