Yes I can completely sympathize with you. I have my tea between 6-7 pm and it gets to about 8pm and I feel like I need something else. It is so hard not to snack at night, I would be interested in any tricks/solutions anyone may have!

Do you ever feel hungry eating that amount? and what is your secret - what do you eat not to feel hunger? I couldn't manage on 1200 i just felt hungry all the time.

If I have it black no; if with milk then its best to log it as a cup of coffee with semi skimmed milk is 17 calories.

Someone has just had birthday cakes (fresh cream) at work and I said no!!!!!! It's easy just think of it as a piece of lard sitting on a plate - simples!!!

I have it with tuna and mixed salad for lunch - bags of protein and filling!!!

I find that they just give you an energy boost, I have not lost any weight because of them. They are really only good as an antioxident. I wondering whether to stop taking them because of the caffeine in them.
