I increased my calorie intake from 1200 to 1400 last week, I usually burn about 200-300 calories in exercise about 6 times a week and always eat back those exercise calories. The scales have started moving again - its seem the way to go!!!

I think once you forgo it for one weekend it gets easier every weekend after that. I look at it that I am putting poison in a pure system like putting diesel in a petrol car - it really mucks the engine up! Having said this it is also good to treat yourself now and then. The Atkins Advantage Chocolate shake is nice, I mix it with 300ml of unsweetened soya milk. I have it for breakfast and its really filling, low on sugar and carbs!!

I think this is the way to go too - going to start clean eating from now on, trying to read as much as possible on this subject.

All I know is I am really confused whether to include bananas in my diet anymore due to high sugar content!!

This is something I am concerned about as well. I seem to do really well for say 2-3 weeks then get invited out for a meal or a drink and with my metabolism and age I can put on 2 pounds easily over a weekend!!! Thus I have to start my good work all over again. Help someone!!!!
