What sort of cardio do you do as I think its a great idea to do 6 times cardio with the 3 days weight lifting. I might give it a try.

I have about 1500-1600 calories a day, burning about 300 in the gym. I am always hungry too! Think it just goes with the territory. I find carrot sticks and low fat philidelphia nice for a mid morning snack or salt and vinegar rice cakes. Also melba toast is quite low in calories. I have a white coffee sometimes also to…

I have it set at half a pound which gives me 1290/day but find I am generally eating between 1500-1600/day but do exercise 5 times a wk.

Sorry, yes that did sound a bit silly. What I mean is on the days i don't exercise (maybe twice a week) it's hard to stick to 1200 calories only.

I get incredibly hungry if I do the 1200 calorie a day. How do you find it? I need about 1500 especially if I work out.

I can only manage about 3k on the treadmill at the mo as well as weights but will increase up as I go. Have a telly in my make shift gym in the garage so the distance soon ticks by!!

I also do a brisk walk on the treadmill for 40 mins a day. Do you reckon that's o.k to do with the 3 times a week weights?

I am supposed to stick to 1290 calories a day but always eat around 1500. I find it almost impossible to only eat 1290 as I feel hungry all the time. I burn about 300 in exercise per day thou. Its not easy hey!

On average I have between 1500-1700 calories but burn about 300 in the gym. Not sure whether my body wants to be at this mark and thats why I can't lose anymore??

I weigh myself daily so that if the amount starts to creep up, I can make adjustments and cut down even more. I am really struggling to keep below 140 pounds (currently 139). I only need to cheat for one day and gain 2 pounds it seems like instantly! I am currently working out everyday, sticking to about 1500-1600 calories…

Thanks for the advice. I work full time and find it so hard to exercise that amount a week but I think you are dead right - its the only way forward to lose that last bit - no pain no gain! (or lose as the case may be)!
