Does anyone know of any little tricks to stop me craving sweet things about an hour after eating my evening meal. It is most frustrating and I think it is why I have been the same weight forever!!!!!

Greek Yoghurt
Does anyone know if greek yoghurt is healthier than say Shape Danone yoghurts and which greek yoghurt is best to buy i.e low sugar and fat content?? Oh and also got to taste good!!!

1200 calories
I find 1200 calories a day almost impossible to manage especially if I work out. Does anyone have any advice. I usually stick to about 1500-1600/day but burn off around 300 in exercise. I get really hungry if I only have 1200 and am afraid that I will go into starvation mode if I eat that little and lose nothing!

1500 CALORIES
I am 9 stone 13 pounds and trying to get down to at least 9 stone 7. My calorie allowance worked out from my settings is 1200 calories but this is way too low for me. I even feel hungry all the time if I stick to 1500 calories per day. Any advice and should I just suffer the hunger until I get to goal weight?
