Have been doing this for 5 days and lost 2 pounds! Any one else had good results and when is it best to progress to level 2?

Hi Antihillmoby congrats on your loss so far, I am on my round 2 of 30DS as I have had a break and find it a great program to get the ball rolling. There are a lot of threads on 30DS with some pictures as well. The program is meant to go like this.. Level One 10days Level Two 10days Level Three 10days. Hope this helps and good luck with the rest of it0

When I did it I didn't lose much weight at all, but lost a lot of inches instead (I think I lost a touch under 6 lbs over the whole programme).
I just did each level 10X then moved on to the next, I found that I was going crazy as it is quite boring doing the same thing every day!
Here's a copy of my before and after photos, I think I changed shape quite a lot considering I didn't lose all that much weight!

I only lost 3lbs doing 30DS BUT I lost 15 inches from various parts of my body. I posted a thread about my 30DS experience
