Yum on the breakfast! And I know what you mean by guilt, but thinking about fueling you body instead of how many calories you are wasting really puts you in a good mindset. I think I would leave it at sedentary and then add in your exercises and eat those calories back. That way, if you don't burn as much one day, you wouldn't eat as much back.
