  • again for me that will require plastics! I have mom belly. LOL
  • I hear you! I am so glad to be comfortable in most anything at this point, except a bikini - that will never happen after 2 csections unless I win the lottery (that I don't play) and have plastics!
  • If you like eggs, you can make egg muffins - here is what I did for 1 dozen - you can freeze them too. 1.5 cups of egg whites (I do this for higher protein, lower cals but you can do eggs too, about 5-6), 1 cup of shredded cheese, 10 diced slices of lunch meat, onions, peppers, whatever else you want to add in. Mix it all…
  • Drink some extra water - maybe 10 glasses when you are eating the frozen meals. I went a little further back and noticed you eat nearly the same thing for breakfast daily - try shaking that up a little too!
  • Looks like you opened it while I was posting - thanks! Ok what jumps out at me is your carbs - they aren't good carbs like veggies and fruit. I reallllly have to watch my bad carbs to keep the scale moving. I know it isn't any fun, but maybe scale back on the bars and ice cream, that sort of thing. Have some nuts or cheese…
  • How much do you weigh? Are you already in your healthy weight range and just want to be lower? Are you eating enough calories? Drinking your water? Can you show us a day of food?
  • I try and only delete anyone at least not logged for a month. I don't go in with intentions of deleting, I usually do it when I am looking for a friends page and notice others who are inactive. I've missed 1 day in over a year so I like having friends who are serious! I get that life happens, it is summer and many people…
  • I'm just as bad as the next person about saying there just isn't time. But think of it this way - that "cutting in to the limited time with kids you mention?" What's more limited - 30 mins an evening or not being around for their future because you neglect yourself? I know it sounds drastic but my own father died of a…

  • I love my Fitbit! It motivates me to find something to do even on the days I don't exercise. Make sure you set up the food plan on the fitbit site also - it will feed from MFP and estimate how many calories you can eat to lose 1 or 2 lbs a week ( you pick).
  • 4'11'' here too! I would be glad to have any new short friends!!
  • You look more confident. You need to smile more - and in the picture in red you look mischievous! LOL You look like you would fit right in at a local sub shop near me - http://www.letseat.at/headwestsubs
  • I used light cream cheese, stevia and imitation vanilla - it's what I had on hand so here are my stats for it. I totally don't know how to make it pretty LOL I hope they are good - the batter was! I did use a stand mixer, lots of bowl scrapping! Also, it took up 36 mini muffin pan. Edit Recipe Recipe name Number of…
  • Did you use a mixer or by hand? Making TODAY!!
  • Someone mentioned not wanting to pay weight watchers for maintenance - you don't! Once you reach goal, after a set time you become lifetime - you only ever pay for a meeting if you are 2 lbs over goal. I made goal with them 9 years ago, it is a great program. I got cocky though and stopped going to meetings at least once a…
  • Girl get yourself some new clothes!! You look awesome!!
  • I can't see the second pictures?
  • I had my sleeve 8/8/11. My Dr is Dr Hammer in Springfield, IL (hi to the others of his on this thread!!). I am down 66ish lbs since surgery, 94 total. I had a leak at 2 months so I was out of the losing phase for about 4 months but back in the swing again!
  • I'm always up for new sleeve friends!! Sleeved 8/8/11.
  • I have had weight loss surgery and this is a rule for us, stop drinking 15 minutes before and wait 30 minutes after eating. The story is before you eat it makes you full, after you eat it can a) push the food through too fast or b) make you feel sick. I follow the rule loosely and sip while eating if I need to. This is the…
