On the fence about Tone it Up. You would get the same results getting a clean eating book from the library like Tosca Reno's book. You can still get fitness from their free YouTube videos.

I know what you mean. I feel like their plan is not practical at all. I do much better with Jillian Michaels and now Bob Harpers book, Skinny Rules.

I am giving steel cut oats a try. I've never heard of a crock pot double boiler. I can give that a try. Do you just eat them plain?

Great idea, I do like peanut butter and banana. How do you prepare the oatmeal with this to get a decent consistency?
