  • You deserve better babe, plain & simple. His actions are selfish in a number of ways. If you don't have children with him, I'd say move on & don't look back.
  • Yes, I took the time to read this. All of it. Congratulations on your 25 years of marriage & your successful, happy, healthy children. Those are AMAZING accomplishments. Your decision to reduce your intake and feel better are also great acomplishments. I agree with you 100% about eating what you love. It is the only real…
  • bump, for later ♥
  • You should be proud of yourself, you look AMAZING! Very beautiful, you & your baby girl  You are a great example of how hard work pays off! Keep it up!
  • <---My husband took this pic of me just last week at a waterpark. We were there with our 2 kids & I have to say it felt pretty good to rock a bikini because I work my tail off! So to be out & proud was an accomplishment to me (a vane one, but still an accomplishment  ) I do however, find all types of women's bodies…
  • Bronxy...considering you announced that you're a "vagatarian" it's no wonder you eat the whole pie...
  • Has to be the Molten Lava Cake at Chili's. I looovveee it & will treat myself once a month. 1,240 claories and it's gone in 2 minutes
  • Hi! My husband & I own a Martial Arts school in CT, but I can look into a reputable school in the DC area through our marketing company. I'll post a reply once I find out. Have a great day!
  • First, he is a total DB for having ANYTHING to say to you about your weight. You look gorgeous. 2nd: Your husband should shut him down. 3rd. Don't go out with his sorry *kitten* 4th Laugh at him & feel pity for his wife...why is he so concerned with you? And lastly my beautiful fit pal, any dude that has to take the time…
  • Both my kids have said some funny things over the years. But there is one moment that stands out & still makes me crack a smile: My 4 yr. old son: "Mommy, I just had the BEST dream EVER!" Me: "Oh yeah buddy, what was it?" Son: I had a dream that I had 2 penises and they were so big they touched the floor!!" OMG...I then…
  • Beautiful! Merry Christmas & wishing you a blessed 2012.
  • I agree, I find it nearly impossible to stay under my MFP sugar intake reccomendation. What has helped me is cutting out all artificial sweetners (they do make me crave more sugar) and I've been trying to limit my sugar intake to 9 grams and under per meal. Hope this helps :-)
  • Beautiful!! hard work, pays off!! keep it up :-)
  • My fave is "The Lean Shake" by GNC, I like the Swiss Chocolate flavor. It also comes in Vanilla and Rich Chocolate. Just add 8 oz. of cold water and enjoy! Def. make sure to use the shaker cup with a whisker ball inside. It will make the shake creamy :-)
  • Hey hun, I saw your post & I hope I can help. After looking at your diary I can see the prob. If you look at your nutritional summary for the day, look at the sugar allowance. If your going over your sugar limit the lbs. won't budge. I can totally relate, and I just recently (2 wks ago) gave up Splenda completely. It…
  • I understand completely. However, you may fall hard and end up sabotoging (sp?) your efforts on this type of diet. Of course, everybody is different but, I personally feel my best when I focus on cutting my sugar and load up on veggies, & lean protein. You'll feel fuller and more satisfied and you'll be able to maintain…
  • I have the same problem & find that when I cut back on my sugar I see a signifigant reduction in my belly & thighs. I'm a sugar addict (seriously) and it's really tough for me to eliminate sugar from my diet, but when I truly watch it I can't believe the results. It's literally as if the jiggle melts right off day by day.…
