I find I always have to eat some protien in the morning. Can't do carbs without a protien to balance things out.

I know it's not the best thing but I still drink diet Mt. Dew. Not every day maybe only once a week. I can't tell any difference in speed of weight loss when I drink it or stop drinking it.

For me personally , if I don't eat fresh fruit everyday I seem to stop losing. Everybody is different. Just do what works for you .

One of my MFP friends told me to do this and it WORKS!! If you have them do this several times a day and do some stretches before you walk/run and the pain will be so much less or not at all.
