You are so right. If you eat 1500 calories worth of pizza every day you may be within your calories but it is not a healthy choice. I think most people get that but some may not.

Remember to drink plenty of water and get some exercise that gets your feet moving like dance,walking or running. Walking ,water and fruits and veg are better than powdered fiber IMHO. If it happens very often I would ask your doctor.
