This is such a great alternative to regular crust. I just finished making my pizza which was delish, I however changed the recipes a bit to lower the cals. Instead of 1 whole egg i used two egg whites and then followed the recipe. it was great

I am thinking that we are going to due some bbq turkey burgers, I am going to just use lettuce as my buns. Then some veggie trays and fruit trays as well. I really hope i can contain my self around what everyone else brings. I have asked them to bring healthy food. we will see. :)

There is lots of things you can try. For instance, you could juice some of your veggies in the morning and add in an apple. Hello all, I was on here back in July 08'. I was trying to make a life change but never did. I started again the 1st of September 2008. I have now made it to my first goal of 220!!! I lost 11 pounds! I am so happy. I hope to get to know all of you! katika
