Hello all, I got my tonsils out on 4/27. It is now on week post op and i have lost 21 pounds. I have not worked out or really done anything different other than drinking just liquids( tea, smoothies,juice,vegetable juice ect) and eating really soft food such as pudding jello and yogurt. I know i have to many questions:), who doesn't. I was wondering i am at my first ten pounds lost, how much of that is actually fat?
