I've lost 33 lbs doing only Jazzercise and a little walking. I LOVE it and find it to be the greatest workout. I know it is not for everyone, but the dancing makes the time go by quickly. I've been looking at yoga too. A friend suggested I go to a few classes to get my form right to avoid injury that could come with a DVD. I've picked up a morning/evening routine from Target, but would be interested to see what others have used. :)
