Yoga for Beginners

I really want to start doing yoga at home. Are there any good and fairly gentle (as I'm a total beginner) videos on YouTube for free thta I could use? Or really cheap dvds I could buy?

It has every yoga move you could ever ask for on video. The site is also great as you move from beginner to intermediate, etc.

I've been looking at yoga too. A friend suggested I go to a few classes to get my form right to avoid injury that could come with a DVD. I've picked up a morning/evening routine from Target, but would be interested to see what others have used. :)

I can highly recommend Rodney Yee or Patricia Waldenses beginner DVDs, great.
I have been doing yoga for 22 yrs. and find they are the best.
