  • One of my favorite ways to make chicken is to put boneless skinless chicken breasts in the slow-cooker and add fresh salsa and cook on low all day and then shred. Add to tortillas or on a salad - YUM! and easy too!
  • I just started a pandora bracelet that I am calling my journey bracelet. Every 5 lbs lost I will get a new charm and wearing it everyday will help remind me of how far I have travelled on this journey that I am on.
