My cupboard is full of 'skinny clothes' and for me it hasn't proved to be a motivation. The opposite in fact has helped - keeping an item of clothing at my highest weight and using it as a measurement of how far I've come. but you need to find something that works for you :) all the best!

tap water and water from the water cooler at work. bottled water has very high environmental costs and in most cases is no better than tap water.

keep them away from banana's - they usually cause them to ripen faster. eating some avo from my tree at home right now, and mmm avo's are God's gift for sure!
