My husband is a good 6 inches taller than I am but I had previously dated shorter guys....I think a lot of it depends on how comfortable a girl is with her own height. If she's tall and confident about being tall than it shouldn't really matter about the height of the guy.

I used to love the malt o meal blueberry muffin tops....MmMmMm Now I don't really eat much cereal and if I do it's usually shredded wheat n bran with milk .

My smallest is just under 28". Baby pooch is the last to go for me =;( Still fighting with the last bit.

If I measure around...just at top of hip bones I get 29 inches but I can wear a 28 inch waist in jeans...not sure how that works?

Totally agree. I look thinner than 130 but it's because I have a lot of muscle tone. Who cares really what the scale says if you look fit and feel great!

Really? Everyone's bodies are so different even when you're the same height and weight. I'm pretty solid all over. If I lost anymore I'd look sickly. My shoulders and upper chest/neck area are skin over bone but I tend to carry my weight in lower ab/hip area.

I would have to say Turbo Jam...or even if you have Netflix, there is a 10 minute solution kickboking bootcamp on there that is great too! Edited to add that Jillian Michael's Shred it with weights kettlebell workout is a great cardio workout with the resistance of a kettlebell.

Depends. Both really. I tend to log my breakfast and lunch as I eat them but generally know early in the day what I'll be fixing for dinner so I'll go ahead and log that in and tweak it at meal time if need be.

I had never before had any knee pain and the 30 day shred wrecked my knees for a few months during and after the workout. They seem fine now....was worth it. Lost a LOT of inches doing that.

I eat whenever I'm hungry....don't care what time it is, only that I'm staying within my calorie allowance for the given day.

\ ^^This. It's amazing how much better just getting off your butt during that time and working out will make you feel and of course the bonus of more calories to play with !

I am a stay at home Mom so you would think I could do it whenever...which I guess I could but I have to schedule it in like an appointment or I don't stick to it or find myself pushing it back and then kids and husband are home and end of story....SO 10 o'clock every day =)

First off I'm on maintenance mode. What I do is at the end of my week (Sunday) I look back through each day and count up how many calories I have unused. I allow that number of calories OVER what I'm normally allowed to maintain for that day. So really, I'm just saving a bit each day and using them up on a particular day…

I think this is fantastic! I think too many people have the mind set that , oh they're just kids they'll get taller and grow into their weight. This may be true for some but definitely not for all. Your child's doctor will be able to tell you weather they are at risk for being overweight. Kudos to you for taking the…
