I've been having a bowl of cheerios w/ milk in the evenings. Not super exciting but I enjoy it!

I've had mine out for almost two years and honestly, it hasn't bothered me at all. I can eat what I want (within reason) but I can definitely tell if I've eaten a very fatty meal (hasn't happened in a while :) ) because my stomach will be upset the next day. Sorry, I don't have any real advice besides trying to talk to a…

I was stuck at 144 for about a month when I decided to add more calories in. I was eating around 1350 and running about 2-3 miles a day (eating back exercise calories). A couple weeks ago, I bumped up my calories to 1450 and started losing weight again. 1200 does sound really low. Try to eat more! Good luck, I know it's…

I'm also pear shaped and run about 4 days for 3ish miles and then walk on "off" days for between 30-60 minutes so I can't really tell which (run/walk) is impacting my thighs. I have noticed they're thinner and that is good! I have noticed that my calves and ankles (lower legs) are more toned when I'm running.

On my treadmill, I typically run between 6.3 and 6.7. I have a tough time running much slower than that. I feel like I just can't get into a good rhythm and feel awkward. Good luck!

Body Glide! I use it for running in shorts and when I wear dresses/shorts in the summer. You can find it at pretty any sporting goods store or a running store.

I tend to eat on a smaller plate and that seems to help.

If you go to the skinnytaste website, she has a GREAT recipe for Whole Wheat pancakes that are very filling, have quite a bit of protein, and a lot of fiber! I make a batch on the weekend, place them in freezer bags, and then microwave them each morning for a quick, easy, and filling breakfast.

We're making Pioneer Woman's Cajun Chicken Pasta....wouldn't call this dish healthy...but it is so yummy! Just google it to find the recipe!

I just got that message today and at first it didn't change anything. I had to go back into the settings to reset my calorie goal...it dropped it by about 60 calories :(

In my closet, I have pants that are 4s,6s,8, and 10s....all fit me well! Just depends on the brand/cut of pant, drives me crazy!

I've started weighing pretty much everything and it helps me so much!! I just buy regular bags of healthy snacks and use my food scale to make my own 100 cal packs. Saves a lot of money and I know exactly how much I'm eating!

Weekends are typically tough for me too, I feel like whenever we go out to eat is on a weekend! I try to plan out what I'm going to eat during the day and log it in the morning. That way I'm less tempted to reach for something extra when I know I'll have to get back on the computer or app to log it. If we are going out to…

I LOVE her whole wheat pancakes. I made them for the first time this past weekend and have had them for breakfast every morning this week! I made a batch Sunday night and froze them in pairs in ziploc bags. In the morning, I just put the bag in the microwave for a minute and they still taste delicious!

I've developed a love of air popped popcorn....very low in calories and pretty filling too!

I LOVE pinterest...I'm afraid I spend way too much time on there. I've found so many great recipes and motivation to keep working out...plus tons of cute crafts/decor ideas. It took me a while to get into it...I didn't see what was so special but now I am hooked!

I'm a teacher, so while I work 8-4 I am on my feet a decent part of the day. When do you work out? I workout in the evening. We bought a treadmill over Thanksgiving and I have several workout DVDs. I typically will run a few miles a night or walk 45-60 min if I don't feel like running. What do you take to work? I take a…

I agree with you, when I have a "good" day...i.e. within or below my calorie limit, I almost always go to bed hungry. I just know what I have a nice, healthy, and filling breakfast to look forward to in the morning. I figure that I don't notice hunger when I'm sleeping so it's not a big deal for me and it's just less…
