Motivation/tracking progress
I'm about a week and a half in and have been doing great so far. Trying to lose pregnancy weight from both my kiddos (2yr old and 4 month old) and I wanted a way to keep track on paper how I was doing as well as setting mini goals. I came up with this fun chart and can't wait to cross those boxes off!

NSV- Trolley Run
This morning I ran in a 4 mile race and finished in 36:43! Woke up to thunderstorms and had to run in the rain w/ about 8,000 other peole but it was still a blast! This is about a minute slower than last years time, but I felt so much better during the run. Definitely an annual event!

Cinnamon Apples
I just made this delicious snack: 2 apples- peeled, cored, and sliced (I used Gala apples, amounting to about 230 grams) 1 Tbl Country Crock Light Butter 1 Tsp brown sugar 1 Tsp splenda Cinnamon to taste (I used quite a bit....) It fit! NSV
I officially reached the weight I was at my wedding 2.5 yrs ago (my lowest weight since highschool)....and I tried my wedding dress back on (I know I'm a dork!) and it fit! I tried it on before dinner on our first anniversary and it didn't even come close to zipping all the way. I'm also officially in the "normal" weight…
