I have it and love it. I made it through the 2nd month (I was also training for a TRI in addition to do Body Revolution and it turned out to be a little much). I really really love it. The first month wasn't cake, but I didn't feel like I was going to die either. The beginning of the 2nd month, things started to get a…

I have had both Paraguard and Mirena...I don't know anything about your situation, but Paraguard is recommended for someone that has had kids already...must fyi. That being said...I had the Paraguard for about 2 years and Mirena for closer to 3 and can't say that I noticed any weight gain because of the IUD. I think that…

BMI =24 You have a lower BMI than 73% of females aged 15-29 in your country You have a higher BMI than 65% of females aged 15-29 in the world If everyone in the world had the same BMI as you, it would remove 871,506 tonnes from the total weight of the world's population You're most like someone from Costa Rica*

I have both...for shorter runs I carry the water bottle from the belt (I like having 8ish oz of water but never like the belt). For longer runs, hikes, bike rides etc I have a 40 oz Camelbak. I have never noticed an issue with my Camelbak

I started using VIbram Bikila's about a year and a half ago. I run it them and LOVE them! I don't have knee issue, but I have a ton of foot related stuff going on. But these are the only shoes that I can run in whenever I want. They do take some time getting used to and you will get stopped a lot when you wear them out and…

I have the HR strap, but I often don't wear it because the strap is not very accurate :( Other than that I love it!

Garmin 405CX...LOVE IT!!!

What hrm do you use? I have a polar ft4 and i lose my heart rate signal as soon as i go under water. P4...I use hot (HOT) water to get the strap wet, start the watch before I get in the pool, once I am in the water it usually takes a lap or two for it to pick up my heart rate again. Hope that helps.

I swim with a Masters team, and sometimes wear my HR monitor...and burn anywhere from 600-750 calories per 90 mins depending on what we are doing. Just to give you an idea of the calorie burn.

My husband rarely goes to events with me...my daughter and my parents are there for every single one. My husband...not so much :(

I have a Garmin 405CX (with the strap) and I really like it. It takes a little while to get used to all the different things that it does. But I love it! Highly recommend it.

Road ID...never leave home without it!

I am on week 5 day 3...finished cardio 2 for the first time this morning. I am so glad the intervals are only 30 seconds and not a min. I am also training for a triathlon this summer, so my muscles are always sore. But BR has really increased my endurance. I am excited to see the other workouts!!!

I have the Polar PT4 and LOVE it. It is a basic heart rate monitor and calorie counter with a strap but it is amazing. I have used it for everything from running to cardio dvd's and even swimming. You can get it on Amazon for right around $70…

So I have a ton of foot related issues (thankfully shin splints arent something I have an issue with), I was going through running shoes every 6-10 weeks because I couldnt seem to find a pair that worked for both feet. Until I tried a pair of Vibram toe shoes ( http://www.vibramfivefingers.com). They are AMAZING. I use…

As odd as this sounds, it might be the type of sock you are wearing. I tend to get more blisters with cotton socks esp if I am running on the same surface (treadmill or even a track). You might want to try some non cotton socks. I would recommend going to a running store and taking to someone there.

I did P90X for about a month. I really like the workouts, it was the time for each dvd that I couldnt stick with. You dont have to be an elite athlete to do P90X. Do the assestment first, but there is a modifier that you can follow until you feel you can "play along with the rest". It will certainly help your running time.…

I have been rollerblading for as long as I can remember...my advise for learning how to stay up right is to start out on a softer surface like grass or sand that will help hold the wheels in place a little better than pavement (and be better to fall onto!). In my opinion staying upright really isnt the hardest part, once…

I have done the 10 min trainer with Tony Horton (p90x). I really like them for when you dont have a ton of time but still want to get a workout in. I really like that you can stack them however you want to really customize your workout.
