I have started eating my salads after my meals not before. I love them so I won't pass on it. Also sticking with serving sizes has changed the way I eat as well.

I'm all about moderation. Have you looked up how they do their fried chicken? There is a recipe for everything online. Look it up, if you can me-mick it and make it better for you.. Why not? Otherwise if having it every two weeks is working, great

For events like that. Even though I stick with the spoon of this, 2 spoons of that I take a picture of my plate(s) from a few angles. It's worth it to me. But I am that woman who even take pictures of my homemade meals because I like to post them and I enjoy food pictures. I'm sure that's just me.

I agree with BrightSideofPink.... flat surface, same time of day with the same amount of clothing... I prefer to weigh at home the way I had my very first weigh in... That's just me. Not to mention you are a male who is working out so it's a possibility for you.

The main issue is "your calories has not changed" but your are not at your desired weigh You have been eating the same exact way for all those years. Like anything your body gets used to it.
